We have ONE to NINE bedroom units!
How close are your properties to the school?
Most of our properties are less than 10 minutes walk from the school!
How much is the monthly rent?
Our rents are very compatible starting at $200.00 per month / room!
Do I have to sign 12 month lease?
We offer both 10 and 12 month leases!
Where can I park?
We offer parking a block from up town although most of our properties have their own parking!
Do I get a dishwasher with my apartment?
The majority of our properties have modern kitchens with dishwashers!
What about a washer and dryer?
Alot of our properties come with washers and dryers!
Do you have your own maintance department?
Yes we have our own maintence department, this way our tenants get the best service!
What are the operating hours of your maintenance department?
Our maintenance personnel are available for normal repairs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and they carry cellular phones and/or pagers 24 hours a day for emergencies!
